Supplies
1 tubes of choice. I’m using the awesome art of Jennifer Janesko. You have to purchase a license to use the same tube Here
PTU Scrap i use called Gothique Violet by Yarrow and you can find it Here
Plug-in Xenofex (optional) and a mask of your choice.

Let's Start!

1. Open a new Layer 600x600 flood fill with white.

2. Open the round frame Copy and Paste as a new layer. Go to Image>Resize 80% All layers unckecked.

3. Take your magic wand and click inside the frame. Go to Selections>Modify>Expand by 6. Selections>Invert.

4. Open paper 11 Copy and Paste as a new layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Drag this layer under your frame. Selections>Select None.

5. Open your tube Copy and Paste as a new layer, position and go to Layers>Duplicate Drag one tube layer above your frame.

6. Take your erase tool and erase the bottom part of your tube. Then Activate your bottom tube layer and do the same.

7. Open paper 01 copy and paste as a new layer drag it all the way down (above your white layer).

8. Go to Effects>Plug-ins>Xenofex>Constellation On the Settings tub pick Small star Constellation keep original image checked and apply.

9. Apply the mask of your choice and merge group.

10. Open the Glitter splatt2 paste as a new layer and position you can duplicate this layer and move them around you frame (see my tag)

11. Open element 2 Copy and Paste as a new layer position all the way down and right a little. Go to Layers>Duplicate. Image>Mirrow, Image>Flip. Merge those 2 layers together.

12. Open the Wax seal copy and paste as a new layer drag this layer all the way up. Go to Image>Resize by 40% All layers Unchecked. Position.

13. If you like to resize please do so now. Add your copyrights and your name. Font I use for my name and word art is A&SBlackSwan. Save as .png and you done !
