I'm using the wonderful work of Zindy S. D. Nielsen
You need a license to use Zindy's art, which you can purchase HERE

This tutorial was written in PSP XI, but I'm sure will work in any version
assuming you have good understanding of psp.

I used a kit called "For My Man" which you can find HERE
Mask EBDMask 4 which you can find at ENCHANTED BY DARKNESS
I used a font called P22 Chorinthia

-No Plug ins needed-

and my wordart which you can right-click and save

Let's Begin!

-Open new image 600x600
flood fill with white

-Open the round frame and copy and paste as a new layer
with your magic wand select the inside of the frame with these settings:

-Selections>modify>expand by 4px
keep selected and go to your layer palette and add a new raster layer
and drag it under your frame

-Open Paper6 and copy and paste into this new layer under the selected frame
Selections>invert and hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>select none
Click on the frame layer and add drop shadow with these settings

and click ok

-open the diamond sticker and copy and paste as a new layer
and position it at the bottom right of the frame,
drag it down just above the bottom white layer..
Right-click and duplicate
Image>mirror
Right-click on this layer and merge down
Right-click on the merged layer and duplicate
Image>flip
Adjust to your liking, right-click on the top diamond sticker layer
and merge down

-add a drop shadow, same settings as above

-Open the Beaded charm and copy and paste it as a new layer,
place it above the frame, resize by 55% and move it to the right of the frame
Add a dropshadow with settings same as above

-Copy and paste the white bow as a new layer
move it to the bottom of the frame

-Click on the bottom white layer
Layers>add new raster layer and flood fill this using pattern paper
Layers>load/save mask>EBDMask4
Right-click and merge group
Image>resize by 108% with the following settings:


-copy and paste your tube, resize and position as desired


-Add text and your name and appropriate copyrights
and that's it, you're done!!
